Purpose of the papers

The role of green space and energy efficient building in reducing health inequalities is covered by Public Health England, who has published a series of evidence papers. These help local authorities understand how to address the key factors or determinants that cause poor health that are under their and their partners’ influence. Of particular relevance to our 2020 priorities are the papers on green space (environmental infrastructure) and fuel poverty (buildings) which we have included here as downloads.  The remaining papers can be accessed from the government’s website.
