Accord Housing Association's WH Keys project in West Bromwich has won a Built In Quality award for Volume Housing 2009. 150 new eco-houses and apartments will be completed in 2010 on land which was heavily contaminated as it was previously the site of a bitumen factory.

Snitterfield Actioning Climate Change: West Midlands Low Carbon Economy Awards 2010
SACC launched in 2007 with a competition to design the logo for the group. Following the launch they began a high profile recycling scheme for plastic bottles, tetra packs, cardboard and foil. The next project was to invite all residents and businesses to change their electricity supplier to a true green tariff.
