How do you put a spring in your colleagues’ steps if motivation is down and absenteeism is up?
The Thrive at Work Wellbeing Awards Programme has been created in recognition of the need to ensure our working population is supported – designed to encourage and reward employers for improving the health and wellbeing offer to their employees.
Evidence suggests that organisations will see financial benefits from investing in employee health and wellbeing – through reduced sickness absence, lower staff turnover and better productivity and job satisfaction.
Network with representatives from other local businesses and organisations and gain an insight into techniques that can help improve employee mental health and wellbeing and reduce staff sickness absence.
Thrive at Work – A FREE industry leading, holistic health and wellbeing accreditation award for employers developed by the West Midlands Combined Authority, in partnership with leading academics and healthcare professionals.
This is Me – A pioneering mental health campaign, developed by the Lord Mayor’s Appeal in London. This is Me aims to reduce the stigma around mental health in the workplace through sharing personal stories.
This session is suitable for:
- Organisations interested in launching or developing workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Health and wellbeing champions
- Occupational health and HR managers
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
