Maddie Booth, PIEMA, BASc – Sustainability & Innovation Lead @ Bec & Founder of Scrubbee
Maddie has vast experience supporting businesses on becoming more sustainable from start-ups to multi-million pound companies. During her time consulting so far, she has trained over 120 CEOs and Founders in sustainability and led over 40 businesses on the way to net zero. Maddie has a strong track record of making and driving change and takes a collaborative but firm approach to inspire cross functional teams to (over) deliver. She leads directly on training, consulting and outreach in sustainability within Bec. Her portfolio includes large scale businesses but also newly started entrepreneurs, from 4 countries across the world including Chile and Hungary, as well as in the West Midlands Region. Her main area of work is with innovative products that are helping to solve issues in waste management, building materials and fashion. Her cross-sector experience and knowledge makes her a perfect fit to advise a variety of businesses. Maddie is also the Founder of Scrubbee UK, a circular cosmetic brand where she puts her knowledge of resource efficiency and sustainability into practice. Maddie also sits on the board of Reset-Connect – the UK’s largest Sustainability Conference, is the UK Youth Greenpeace Speaker and is a TEDX Speaker.
