Business Futures ForumThe event
We are really excited to be planning our next meeting kindly hosted by Harrison Clark Rickerby’s Ltd. Climate change means that severe weather events are more likely and in recent years some local businesses have been affected by these. Additionally, businesses face severe disruption due to other unexpected events, such as cyber-security issues. Do you know how your business would cope if affected by severe weather or a cyber-security issue? Find out how to start putting your own disaster plan together. Business continuity management is a process which helps pre-plan the response to a disruptive incident rather than having to react to it. Come along to hear SWM provide the context for business resilience to more extremes of weather, as well as a case study from Harrison Clark Rickerby, who experienced an IT breakdown. Find out how they coped and changed following learning from this experience. Further details on speakers to be announced at a later date.
