The Event

The daily sessions will examine the circular economy in housing and how communities can develop new homes and retrofit existing homes with minimal impact on the planet. Focused virtual sessions will be held daily over 1 week and will include the start on-site of the UK’s first virtually plastic-free homes.

• Tues 15 Sept: New build, with NL’s Woonbedrijf and UK’s Accord Housing Association:
• Weds 16 Sept: Social impact, with Prof. David Mullins and Dr Halima Sacranie, University of Birmingham & Sultan Cetin-Ozturk, TU Delft University
• Thurs 17 Sept: – AM: ABSP Dragons EcoDen (separate registration details TBA) – PM: site opening of the UK’s CHARM virtually plastic-free homes project
• Fri 18 Sept: Virtual tour of the Local Homes Factory
