The event
This innovation lab will help creative and digital businesses sell their products and services into the growing Low Carbon and Sustainability markets. The lab will feature challenges from three of the West Midlands largest public organisations: Birmingham City Council, University Hospitals Birmingham, andHeart of England Foundation Trust. It will use an innovative and practical approach to turn these challenges into a range of potential commercial solutions, with the possibility for delegates to join consortia to take ideas further after the lab has finished. Businesses attending the workshop will:
- Have face-to-face time with leading organisations engaged in Low carbon challenges
- Collaborate with organisations to kick start the innovation process
- Gain insights into the low carbon aspects of NHS and council services
In partnership with Innovation Birmingham, the lab will be an opportunity for digital SMEs to understand the challenges facing health and public sector organisations, giving them the chance to explore the innovation process and the journey that organisations must take in order to develop an idea through collaboration.
Audience
