The Event
As the West Midlands moves into a new phase of its development following the recent election of Mayor Richard Parker, this conference will look to the future. We will consider the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the region and provide the platform for debate and the space for delegates to make new key connections across the region.
This conference will bring together 250 of the region’s key stakeholders including business and community leaders, policymakers and academics and will focus on how we shape an ‘even’ better West Midlands for all. Key themes will include housing, devolution, the digital environment, transport, infrastructure, the environment and the skills agenda.
SWM Chief Executive Anna Bright will be speaking on place-based approaches to sustainability. SWM Senior Sustainability Adviser Dr Beck Collins will be on a panel to explore the Future Homes Standard.
The full programme is available on the event website.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
