The Event
The Birmingham Institute for Sustainability and Climate Action (BISCA) invites you to join us, to be part of a diverse group of academics, industry leaders, and sustainability practitioners to explore how diversity fuels innovation in achieving sustainability goals.
We will be diving into how diversity is vital to driving innovation and bringing together purpose-driven professionals in sustainability to share their experiences and perspectives. There will also be ample networking opportunities during the event to connect with one another and explore how interdisciplinarity sparks exciting new ideas.

Scarlett’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is demonstrated by her role as an EDI ambassador and advisor to the Recruitment Employment Confederation UK and numerous voluntary initiatives. In addition, she serves as a board committee advisor to the UK Black Business Show and is a judge for the REC Awards and Black Talent Awards.
