DMAC Decarbonising the Midlands Aerospace Cluster: Sustainability Showcase

The Event

Join Midlands Aerospace Alliance for a morning showcasing sustainability, with DMAC partners sharing plans developed for decarbonisation of key manufacturing and operations processes within the aerospace supply chain, with regard for the constraints of our industry.

The showcase will cover strategies for;

• Reduction of Energy Consumption in manufacturing
• Effective reduction of GHG emissions
• Reporting emissions by product and meeting requirements of customers
• Legislation impacts (ETS & CBAM)

Later in the morning you will take a look into the future for views on how electricity and hydrogen infrastructure and energy prices might shape future energy use and the prospects for converting from natural gas to other energy sources.

The morning will conclude with a networking lunch.
