The event
This spring, EBRI is launching a suite of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses to enable you to increase your personal knowledge and skills in key areas relating to the bioenergy sector. Designed by EBRI’s world-leading scientists and researchers, each course is a 3-day stand-alone course and you can just participate in one or all of them. These courses are part of a pilot scheme, accredited by IChemE (10 CPD credits per course) and supported through EBRI’s INTERREG IVB project – BioenNW – which allows you to take these courses at no cost to yourself or your organisation for a limited time. The second course on 11-13 May 2015 is ‘Bioenergy application’. This course has been designed to introduce participants to the various value-adding applications for bioenergy and the wider bioeconomy, including the production heat, power and an introduction to the way bioenergy projects are evaluated by finance house providers.
