The event

This pioneering programme will equip emerging sustainability professionals from any sector with the essential skills and knowledge they need to deliver change in their organisations. Through the programme, you will gain a greater understanding of leadership practices with relevance to sustainability. Examples will be drawn from Education, not-for-profit and commercial sectors with ‘expert witnesses’ supplementing the teaching. You will receive guidance and support on expanding your networks, both internally and externally, to deliver projects with impact. Learning from others is an essential part of the programme and sharing knowledge and ideas from the cohort is actively encouraged. There is five full training days plus five on-line 2-hour Action Learning sessions. Full support, facilitation, and tools are provided for the Action Learning Sets along with a bespoke virtual learning environment.
