The event
This exciting, free energy efficiency workshop is designed for participants to benefit from expert knowledge in a highly time efficient way. Attendees will rotate through three information stations with approximately 20 minutes per table, gaining practical knowledge with plenty of time to receive advice about your own business.
Information on grants will also be available.
There will be an opportunity to have a tour of Caplor Energy’s range of renewable energy systems on site, including a newly installed salt water battery.
Information Stations:
- Caplor Energy – will provide advice and guidance on the benefits of installing renewable energy systems such as solar PV and renewable heating. Capital-free options can be discussed.
- EcoSave UK– will focus in on LED lighting, energy procurement, water reviews and much more. Any business wishing to save on energy costs needs to attend this work station. We have access to a local grant of up to 40% contribution to projects.
- University of Wolverhampton – the team from BECCI Built Environment Climate Change Innovations will highlight the importance of air tightness within the building fabric and how this impacts on the energy costs for buildings.
