The Event
The third annual Energy Security and Green Infrastructure Week online-only conference is now open for delegate registration.
Energy Security and Green Infrastructure Week is the UK’s biggest green infrastructure conference, last year 640 delegates were welcomed. This year the focus of the event is on the energy economy’s transition to net zero.
The new government will have been in place for four months when this conference is set to take place. Led by Sir Keir Starmer and his Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, Ed Miliband, the new vision has brought greater emphasis, and action, around the energy economy’s transition to net zero.
The opening speech taking place at 09:00 GMT on Tuesday 05 November 2024 will be made by Professor Paul S. Monks, Chief Scientific Adviser at HM Government’s Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
The online conference is open to all stakeholders interested in the energy economy and its mission to deliver Britain’s green energy infrastructure. International delegates are welcome.
