Richard has been part of the Renewable Energy industry for more than 10 years. Began as an installer, experience with both residential and commercial applications. Climbing the ranks to a sales manager at a leading solar panel manufacturer, to then join SolarEdge Technologies in 2015. SolarEdge are a smart energy manufacturer and one of the most innovative companies in the solar sector. Richard is very passionate about the products, software, innovation and technology from SolarEdge which maximises PV generation.

Henri Collins – Business Development Manager, Stratford Energy Solutions Ltd

Stratford Energy Solutions specialise in domestic and commercial Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging. Over the past 12-years of installations we have been involved in jobs ranging from ten panels to thousands of panels. Using high quality solar panels and inverters scaled to the usage of all our clients to ensure they are getting the best system size for their needs. Our systems provide full monitoring for our clients to not only see how their systems are performing but also their whole site usage to assess patterns and make informative decisions on other technologies in the quest to reduce energy usage.

Chris Barrett – Managing Director, Managing Director Wickman Group

Wickman is a global supplier and manufacturer of multispindle lathes, designed to produce medium and large volumes of extremely precise, high quality components.

In 2022 the Green Business Programme offered Wickman a grant towards installing a solar PV system to help them reduce the cost of energy and their carbon footprint. Chris will share with us their experience, including the challenges and learnings.
