The event
Are you a business interested in cutting costs and improving your sustainability? Then come along to the first meeting of the Herefordshire Environmental Business Network. It’s free to all Herefordshire businesses and coffee and bacon rolls will be provided (vegetarian alternative available on request at booking). The aim of the network is to enable Herefordshire businesses to share good practice, help to reduce costs and drive environmental improvements. As a result companies can attract customers, cut costs and increase their competitiveness through resource efficiency. We hope to support businesses to run this network for themselves in the future, thus focusing on topics relevant to them. Our guest speaker is Andy Whyle, chair of the highly successful Business Environmental Support Scheme Telford (BESST). The agenda for this meeting also features two case studies from local businesses showing how they have cut costs through environmental improvements.
