The event
The INTRASME (www.intrasme.eu) project would like to invite you to participate in this event for regional / national stakeholders in Industry and Academia who are involved in the development of products, technology or services for the Low Carbon Vehicle and Intelligent Transport System/ Smart Mobility sector. This event will brief companies and universities on the European Horizon 2020 R&D Programme, focusing on Transport opportunities such as the Green Vehicle Initiative. Bids into the first set of calls are due in March 2014. Guidance will be provided on how to address these opportunities, including feedback by an EU proposal evaluator. Previous participants of EU R&D funded programmes will also share their experiences and lessons learned and describe the potential benefits of participation. Details of new Horizon 2020 support measures for SMEs will also be provided, as well as details of UK regional support mechanisms for SMEs and how they can be accessed. This event is being supported by the UK Transport Knowledge Transfer Network, UK Horizon 2020 National Contact Point for Surface Transport, MIRA, Jaguar Land Rover and Coventry University.
