IAWM: Accelerating to Recovery – private sector support for innovation and growth- 2/7/20

Following the success of their first online Innovation Policy and Practice event, in this second virtual event, the topic will be ‘Accelerating to Recovery – private sector support for innovation and growth’. A speaker panel will explore business recovery and growth, with the emphasis on private sector support through a range of regional business accelerator programmes with an innovation focus. Contributors include Pam Sheemar of the NatWest Accelerator, David Hardman on the Serendip Accelerator at the Innovation Birmingham Campus and Omran Al Habbal of the Forward Accelerator run by Birmingham Enterprise Community, as well as two businesses that have benefited from these accelerator programmes. There will also be some updates from the Innovation Alliance and the WM Innovation Programme, including a first view of the Grid, a brand new Virtual Innovation Programme, and some online networking before it starts.
