The event
The MEBC are hosting this free to attend event to launch the ‘Greening the Grey’ programme, which will provide information on the ‘Small Habitats Grant Programme’.
This is an opportunity to get involved and learn more on how to create a successful bid, for a grant between £20,000 and £200,000. Grants are available for key and innovative projects which improve land, water, air quality as well as general environment for people and wildlife. This could include:
- Grassland improvement
- Wildflower seeding
- Woodland improvement
- Wetland improvements
- Tree and hedgerow planting
- River Improvements
