The event itself
MADE presents a half day intensive learning event for all those who want to find out more about makes successful places and how to design and redesign cities, towns, villages and neighbourhoods. The session will include a walking seminar and presentations on the qualities of places. The event is aimed at all those whose work involves decisions about the built environment including development control officers, transport planners, planning committee members, architects and house builders.
Trainer: Joe Holyoak, an experienced architect, urban designer and educator, and a member of MADE’s expert panel.
- The event costs £95 (+VAT)
- If you would also like to attend Intro to Street Design (1 November) there is a discounted rate of £150 (+VAT) for both events.
- There will be a 50% discount for Local Authorities who are members of MADE Design Support Services.
