The event

This half-day course is being run by Groundwork West Midlands and is suitable for managers, supervisors and team leaders. The course is delivered in a relaxed atmosphere and is designed to raise awareness and understanding of the most common mental health disorders. In addition to learning how to recognise the signs and symptoms, managers will also be given practical advice on how they can support members of their teams. The course also looks at employer requirements under the Equality Act 2010 and enable managers to understand their obligations.
