The event

Good energy management in hospitals is important to achieving financial and environmental sustainability.  This workshop will provide delegates with some examples of good energy management practices in hospitals.  It will include presentations from network sponsors, Skanska, that will explore the key elements towards achieving energy reductions; Community Energy Warwickshire will talk about the excellent work they have done with hospitals through the installation of solar panels; and network Chair, Clive Robinson, will present an on-site example of good practice energy management.  There will also be an opportunity for all delegates to join a tour of the hospital to see the various elements relating to energy management that have been implemented.

Audience

This workshop is for members of our NHS Network and for those who manage hospital estates and energy management.  Other energy managers from the local authority, public health or university sectors will also be considered.
