The event
The NHS Sustainability Awards will showcase those organisations in the NHS that have strived to implement active change whilst demonstrating engagement with staff and the public. Each category will have a Winner and a Highly Commended award. The awards are to benchmark the achievements and progress being made across the healthcare landscape to tackle carbon reduction, implement sustainable practices and improve the health of a nation. The Community award will be given to a project which has best demonstrated change at a local level and as all the categories is open to any organisation whether within the NHS or not. SWM wishes all of our West Midlands colleagues, part of our WM NHS Sustainability Network, the best of luck!
