The Event
Pop down to your local People Planet Pint meetup to find more about what’s going on locally with sustainability and how you can get involved.
No pitches, powerpoints or panels. Just People, Planet, Pint/s.
Your local meetup is a great place to start your journey or continue learning, and meet diverse people to chat about life and how we can sustain it. Every job is a climate job, so come along and learn about how you can take action, as well as what is going on locally.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of their experience or background. People Planet Pint is a space where everyone can feel comfortable learning about sustainability and sharing their ideas.
Afterall, creating a sustainable future requires connected communities. And what better way to bring everyone together than over a drink?

Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t drink beer, can I still attend?
Yes! The ‘Pint’ in ‘People, Planet, Pint’ really just signifies the informality and casual conversation that is a staple of these meetups. You are more than welcome to order soft drinks, teas/coffees, etc.
Who is People Planet Pint for?
Anyone who’s interested in sustainability. These events attract a diverse range of people, from sustainability professionals, council workers, students, people looking to shift careers, business owners and beyond. There’s no agenda and everyone’s welcome, so even if you just want a free drink and to ask a question, come along!
What should I expect?
There’s no format or requirements on the night. It’s all about having conversations and hearing from other people who may not typically come together in the same room. It’s an informal setting (usually a pub) where you can pop down and meet like-minded people in your area, over a pint or soft drink.
I’m a bit nervous about attending…
Some meetups can be busy which can be overwhelming, so feel free to reach out to your friendly local hosts (LinkedIn’s are provided) prior to the meetup as they can welcome you and answer any questions. Please also bring a friend!
