The event itself
As part of the ‘Planning for Low Carbon Energy’ work strand of the ‘West Midlands Low Carbon Economy Programme’, we are offering the following free site visit to West Midlands local authority officers.
The visit to this award winning residential development constructed by the Bromford Group will view the low carbon design features, energy efficient technologies and renewable energy technologies which have resulted in heating and hot water costs being 70% lower than in similar, conventional accommodation.
Cross Street South scored an exceptional 18.5/20 against the Building for Life criteria and provides a living environment that contributes to safe and attractive streets and supports low-carbon living.
The visit follows the in-depth session on low carbon technologies for individual buildings being held at Wolverhampton Civic Centre.
Local authority officers are welcome to attend the in-depth session and site visit or to only attend the site visit.
