The event
The main aim of the energy strategy is to help direct future investment in the LEP area to find ways to deliver energy, carbon and cost savings in an effective way. The strategy will recognise the features of the local economy, the priorities for the region and the rapid changes in the energy sector. The aim of the event is to: share progress on the study and information on energy opportunities, gain support for the main principles of the strategy, gather additional insight to improve the strategy and prepare for implementation. Black Country businesses with high energy costs, energy sector businesses and house builders are all welcome to attend this event.
