Audience

This workshop is for public sector organisations. Priority will be given to those individuals that make up our three relevant Networks; the WM Public Sector Sustainability and Energy Network, the WM NHS Sustainability Network and the WM Sustainable Education Network (with EAUC).

The event

This event will provide public sector organisations with the latest picture regarding carbon management legislation and tools, share good practice case studies on carbon management and reduction and provide an opportunity to network with a variation of public sector organisations. The aims of the event are as follows:

Learn from local public sector organisations that have demonstrated good practice in carbon management and reduction.
Provide an update and overview on current legislation, policy, tools and incentives in place to help public sector bodies manage and reduce their carbon emissions.
Network with colleagues from a variety of public sector backgrounds and share experiences and ideas related to carbon management
