Bringing together a panel of speakers, each with many years of experience working as professionals in their fields, who will share their personal experiences, leading research and reflections on this issue, discussing steps that leaders and organisations of all types can start to consider to begin a journey to achieving authentic, inclusive workplaces.
Considered, candid discussions will consider the current situation, challenges faced, what the research informs us of and why we need to reflect, begin to understand the role we play as leaders in our environments and how we begin to invest in an honest narrative and commit to change to achieve success as a responsible business.
The speakers will reflect and discuss:

- Making the business case for diverse and inclusive leadership teams – where do we begin with prioritising this against increasing demands for businesses?
- Achieving Responsible Businesses – establishing sustainable, inclusive, responsible business cultures in business Post Covid-19
