The Event
The sben members 2024 annual environmental legislation event will see ESP Ltd discuss the changes that took place in environmental legislation during 2023 and give an overview of what’s new and what’s on the horizon.
The scope will be English and UK legislation, devolved legislation will not be covered.
The event will cover legislation relating to the following topics and more:
- Retained EU Law.
- ESOS Phase 3.
- The Energy Act 2023.
- Climate-related Financial Disclosure regulations.
- Environmental Permitting.
- Packaging Waste.
- Wood waste recycling regulations.

In previous sessions, ESP have facilitated building secondary containment for an oil store from Lego, responding to a spill and had prizes for completing waste documentation. What’s in store this year?
