The event
The housing sector believes procurement, finance and collaboration offer new models to support successful largescale changes in the quality of the housing stock and in the scale of delivery of housing projects (both refurbishment and new build). Increasing the scale of activity and securing high quality, energy efficient homes will make strong contribution to community health and wellbeing and to the development of local economic opportunities. SHAP, working with the West Midlands Housing Officers group and wider networks, believes we have emerging models to share that will help the sector move forwards across all tenures. We welcome as much thinking and debate as possible at our conference on 15 May 2018 and would like to invite your participation.
