The webinar will feature key sustainable housing stakeholders for the next in SHAP’s Webinar Series: ‘impact of heating technologies on fuel poverty’. This is the second in SHAP’s 2020 monthly webinar series, this will be a focused and informative live event for all those working in sustainable housing and fuel poverty issues. SHAP’s webinars are normally available at no cost to participants. However, this particular event is also being run to help raise vital funds for SHAP’s fuel poverty ‘Warm Homes Saves Lives’ Crowdfunder. Our Crowdfunder campaign (ending 8 July) aims to get up to 50k people to each donate £1 – or as much as they can afford – to raise the necessary funds to help SHAP continue its work to get the ‘Warm Homes Save Lives’ proposals adopted by the central government, and central funds released to allow local authorities to implement the proposals to alleviate fuel poverty in the West Mids. But we cannot continue this crucial work without further funds.
