The Event
This is a two-part workshop designed to support makers or product-led businesses to explore whether circular models will work for them. During the first session, we’ll get to grips with circular thinking and the current state of your business. In the second session, we’ll work together to explore how you can reconfigure what you do to achieve your sustainability goals. The workshop will be hosted by
STEAMhouse, a collaborative innovation centre powered by Birmingham City University, UK.
These are intensive ‘design-thinking’ workshops that enable teams to tackle product, service, or social challenges and test new ideas using creative problem solving methods. Part of the collaborative workshop programme, this sprint has been created to help makers and product-based businesses work alongside other members to figure out how to make your practice more circular and sustainable.
During the two 3-hour online workshops, you will be guided through a step-by-step process enabling you to critically reflect on the current state of your business and help you uncover opportunities for circularity and sustainability.
