The event
Businesses of all sizes struggle to balance innovation with business as usual. Both activities are vitally important but it can sometimes feel as though the two are at odds with one another as they compete for attention, resource and time. This half day course will be looking at three things:
- What’s needed to be great at business as usual?
- What’s needed to be great at innovation?
- How do you balance the two?
You’ll come away with powerful techniques to manage all elements effectively. The aim is to help you on the road to becoming a truly ambidextrous organisation: equally brilliant at both innovation and wringing every last drop out of today. Research suggests that ambidextrous businesses have improved performance, more satisfied customers and better long term success. The course is ideal for senior managers looking to help their business both improve the status quo and do something new. The session will be interactive and discussion orientated. Expert support and relevant resources will be provided throughout. You’ll have opportunity to personally reflect on the opportunities and challenges facing your business, along with time to share and learn from others in a similar position to yourself. Afterward, you’re warmly invited to stay for a networking lunch
