Understand the challenges and learn about best practice as we walk you through some domestic and commercial retrofit case studies. AGENDA: 7:30am-8am – Bacon butty breakfast and networking (Vegetarian and vegan options included) 8am-8:30am- Presentation – Understand the size and scale of the market for retrofit – Simon Ross, Marches Energy Agency 8:30am-9:30am – Workshop – Domestic retrofit, housing associations and large scale social housing developments – Victoria Tomlinson, Connexus Housing Association and Mandy Findlay, Telford & Wrekin Council take us through the retrofit pilots they are delivering and the lessons learnt from delivering retrofit at scale across social housing. 10am-10:30am – Networking 10:30am-12pm – Workshop – Commercial retrofit, offices and retail – Neil Dady (EVORA EDGE) takes us through the retrofit process for commercial, with Sam Kirby-Bray from Shropshire Council who will also share some examples from the councils own retrofit projects. Neil is a founding director of EVORA EDGE and has over 25 years’ experience in building services engineering and has worked in the contracting, services and consultancy sectors with experience at DTZ amongst others. 12pm-1pm – Networking Lunch
