This event provides an opportunity to hear how the West Midlands Property Alliance (WMPA) programme aims to continue to support all councils within the West Midlands tackle the economic challenges ahead.
Listen to the key emerging issues and approaches within each of the five workstreams (i.e. construction, low carbon, rationalising the public sector estate, stimulating growth and workplace transformation) and hear how you can become involved and realise benefits in your own council.
The conference also aims to share the excellent practical work and learning lessons on the work undertaken to date from the members of the West Midlands Property Alliance (WMPA).
