The Event
Being supported locally by businesses, universities, science parks and business support organisations, Venturefest provides entrepreneurs, investors and innovators in the West Midlands, the chance to meet, engage and exchange ideas for co-operation and collaboration, particularly in the fields of science and emerging technologies.
This year’s programme will include a keynote from the West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street and CEO and Founder of Get Nourish3d, Melissa Snover.
Delegates will have the opportunity to join panel discussions, workshops and network in the exhibition area.
Key themes this year include:
- How to navigate the business support system
- Innovation accelerator programmes offer
- Successful product development
- Innovation in response to local demand
- AI in action
Running alongside Venturefest West Midlands for another year will be Minerva Birmingham Pitch Up, a pitching competition for business owners, giving a unique opportunity for businesses to raise their profile both in the West Midlands and in front of a national audience of investors. Business owners are invited to present their ideas in a pitch for investment and stand a chance of winning one of several awards.
