SHAP is running this technical workshop to look at how whole-house retrofit is being taken forward in the UK and how ERDF and the Bonfield Review align with the approach.
This technical workshop looks in detail at how leading social housing providers are building on the work of Energiespong in the Netherlands to define a UK solution to delivering retrofit at scale by securing investment for a high-quality, whole-house wrap solution.
The workshop will look at:
- how ERDF and Horizon 2020 will be used to fund the research and innovation needed to provide the learning on how to design, procure and install Energiespong UK,
- what are the risks and opportunities of running an ERDF project and what should potential bidders do to prepare for the next ERDF calls for projects, and
- how we can present all of this to inform the Bonfield Review.
