Local authorities can bid for funding under this scheme to improve the energy efficiency of low-income households in their area. All Local Authorities in England are eligible to apply, including those who were successful or unsuccessful, or those who did not submit a bid under the first round of funding.
Entering a bid
- read the application guidance
- attend a Q&A webinar (optional)
- submit a short optional Expression of Interest by 6 November 2020
- complete the application form
- submit the application by 4 December 2020
Successful projects
- local authorities will be contacted individually if successful, and the list of successful bids will be published on GOV.UK
- funding will be allocated to successful projects by the end of January 2021
- projects must be completed by 30 September 2021
