The microgrants will provide a springboard for novel ideas to solve sustainability challenges. Your idea should lead to a tangible output that could help it to become a reality. This could be a digital tool, a physical product, an event, a campaign or even a new technology. You need to demonstrate how it could help to:
- Solve an existing sustainability issue
- Accelerate progress towards sustainability targets
Ideas should also demonstrate their resonance based on a combination of relevance (how important it is) and reach (how wide an audience will it reach).
Grants of £1,000 are available from a £20,000 microgrant fund for innovative and creative people to transform their ideas into reality.
The Chatham House Sustainability Accelerator would like to empower and bring together the thought leaders and changemakers of tomorrow who will have a crucial role in shaping a sustainable future.
Everyone can submit their idea, whether you’re an activist, changemaker, entrepreneur, influencer, developer, disruptor or member of the public, we want to hear from you.
Applications must be submitted by 30 April 2022
