This is a new, one year programme to supercharge small climate data not-for-profit organisations (up to 10 employees). There is up to £110k available per organisation across three phases, plus other support. Essentially, Subak is looking to support non-profits that work with data to tackle the climate emergency. In order to be considered for the Subak Accelerator, your organisation must:
- Be an early stage organisation (equivalent to pre-seed/seed stage company)
- operate as a not for profit
- be incorporated and headquartered in Europe (organisations based outside of Europe should apply to Subak Australia)
- have 2 or more full time staff members (typically 2-10)
- have at least one full time staff member who is a data specialist
- have at least 3 months of financial runway from start of programme
- have the intention and data available to make at least one dataset open via Subak’s Data Cooperative by the end of the 3 month Accelerate phase.
- Be able to commit fully to the programme engagement
The deadline to apply is 5 January 2022. Click here for more information.
