About the TopCashback Sustainability Fund

Awards should be made for the purpose of sustaining environmental and natural environment activities within the community. The activity should aim to engage people to improve healthy living pursuits.

Eligibility

Who can apply?

  • Constituted community and voluntary groups.
  • Registered charities.
  • Social Enterprises.
Geographical Reach

The Fund will support organisations based in, or working for the benefit of people, in the following local authority areas;

  • Staffordshire.
  • Stoke-on-Trent.
Beneficiaries

Applications to the fund must be made by organisations whose project is targeting one of the following fields of interest;

  • Increase or enhance local services.
  • Provide activities in the natural environment.
  • Provide a local support to groups or individuals to get involved in.
  • Relieve poverty or disadvantage for local people.

All projects must be for the purpose of sustaining the natural environment within the community. The activity should aim to engage people to improve healthy living pursuits.

What Grants are Available?

The value of awards may vary depending on the need of the organisation but are usually for an amount up to £500 per organisation.

Higher awards may be made at the discretion of the advisers. Awards made will be commensurate with the project and the scope of work that they aim to undertake.

Supporting Documents
  • Governance document (Constitution, Memorandum and Articles of Association).
  • Accounts – either audited, independently examined or evidence of cashflow.
  • Bank Statement – must be no older than 3 months and needs to clearly show the bank account name (which matches the application), number and sort code.
  • Safeguarding policy.
  • Equality Policy.
  • Quotes for capital items.
The Programme Schedule
  • Application close – 28 February 2024.
  • Panel date – 13 March 2024.
