Edgbaston have strong team codes and values, encapsulated in all areas of the business. These encompass Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Excellence.
Edgbaston also has the Edgbaston 4 Sustainability strategy which outlines 4 pillars of sustainability. These are 1) Reduce Energy Use, 2) Improve Waste Management, 3) Reduce Carbon Footprint, 4) Education, Health and Wellbeing.
On their membership with SWM, they say:
“Edgbaston would like to become a member of Sustainability West Midlands network because we share similar goals and targets. Edgbaston is centrally located approximately 2 miles from Birmingham New Street station. We will highly benefit from expanding our network to work with other local businesses towards the same goals.
We will bring sports, a large venue and event experience to the network. This will be beneficial to us and others to interact as we network with other similar organisations and also speak to potential partners, suppliers or sponsors. There are improvements that we can continue to make within our supply chain, so it will be highly valuable to speak with local organisations on ways to develop and improve.
We believe that both Edgbaston and the SWM Roadmap to 2030 aims and focuses on continual improvement, working towards doing the right thing, particularly through innovation.”
