Our members are central to our mission, which is why we’ve introduced three new levels of membership. These tiers offer you the chance to deepen your commitment to sustainability and enjoy enhanced support from SWM.
As an existing member you already understand the benefits of being part of Sustainability West Midlands; from insight and expertise to collaborative opportunities and promotion of your organisation to access a rich and diverse network across the region and beyond.
As a step up from our standard membership, we are introducing the option to upgrade to one of three enhanced Supporting Member packages to further demonstrate your commitment to sustainability, support your journey and enhance your engagement with us.
As an independent not-for-profit, our revenue supports our dedicated focus on making the West Midlands more sustainable, fairer, and greener for all. For over 20 years, we’ve been at the forefront of influencing and supporting both public and private sector organisations in creating a more sustainable future for businesses and communities in the West Midlands.
Becoming a Supporting Member will enable SWM to continue to convene, collaborate and catalyse action through our membership across the region.

Our new Supporting Member packages
Platinum
Platinum membership is for those members who wish to engage with us at a higher level and is managed by the Chief Executive. Platinum members are expected to sign up to the West Midlands Net Zero Pledge.
In addition to all normal member benefits, Platinum membership includes:
- Director level account management, with quarterly meetings, to support your sustainability aspirations and ensure that your aims are being achieved
- Enhanced discount (15%) on consultancy, coaching, research and training
- Your brand displayed on SWM’s website homepage, monthly newsletter, and members only LinkedIn group page
- Use of exclusive SWM Platinum Supporter logo
- Table of eight at the SWM Annual Conference and Members’ Mingle
- Guaranteed speaking opportunity at SWM Annual Conference and Members’ Mingle & AGM
- An exhibition stand at the Annual Conference and Members’ Mingle & AGM with a prime location
- Additional invitations to exclusive Supporter events
- First option for all sponsorship, publicity, press, policy and speaker opportunities

Gold
Gold membership provides a real opportunity for you to increase the profile of your organisation; your dedicated, senior level Account Manager, will work with you to understand your needs and how SWM can support you directly and through our extensive network to connect you to the right people.
In addition to all normal member benefits, Gold membership includes:
- Senior level account management, with bi-annual meetings
- Enhanced discount (12%) on consultancy, coaching, research and training
- Your brand and profile displayed on website Supporters’ page, monthly newsletter, and members only LinkedIn group page
- Use of exclusive SWM Gold Supporter logo
- Four delegate spaces at the SWM Annual Conference and Members’ Mingle & AGM

If you’ve been a member of SWM for some time and are ready to take it to the next level, Silver membership is for you.
