Our members Space2, are advocates for the BBC Apprenticeship Hub which is a collaborative industry leading partnership approach with other employers, to support the creative and digital sector through creating new apprenticeship opportunities, experiences and work-based placements. The BBC apprenticeship hub is a brand new initiative for the West Midlands laying out a solution, to offer innovative learning programmes through high quality design, allowing creative employers within the region to address their recruitment and talent needs, fulfilling much needed demand across the region.There is accelerated creative and digital media growth in the West Midlands, through new investment and through the mission of the BBC, our plans demonstrate how we want to transform talent for the industry. The Hub programme will see apprentices undertake a blended work-based apprenticeship, made up of placements and formal off the job training.
