To help your business reduce its costs and carbon footprint at the same time, Staffordshire Business & Environment Network (sben) are offering Staffordshire based businesses FREE Carbon Literacy Training (CLT).
Who is eligible?
Staffordshire businesses (excludes Stoke-on-Trent area) of any size are eligible to access up to two FREE places per business.
What’s involved in a CLT course?
This 8-hour training course will provide you the knowledge and skills to take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. You can choose whether to attend an in-person or online course. CLT:
- Focuses on the behavioural aspect of the fight against climate change.
- Provides individuals with the scientific evidence required to make well informed decisions about their impact on climate change.
- Provides individuals with the tools required to continue vital conversations around the climate change emergency.
How do I reserve a place on a CLT course?
The following courses are now available, and you can reserve a place by clicking on the links below:
- 17 April 2024 – in person event. Starting at 08:30, finishing at 17:30.
- 15 & 16 May 2024 – online event. IT check at 09:00/09:15. Starting at 09:30, finishing at 13:30.
- 13 June 2024 – in person event. Starting at 08:30, finishing at 17.30.
- 10 & 11 July 2024 – online event. IT check at 09:00/09:15. Starting at 09:30, finishing at 13:30.
Please note: the online CLT courses are for two four-hour morning sessions on consecutive days, you must attend both days.
