What’s involved?
Practical tailored modules on topics such as:
- Developing your personal vision
- Communication at a senior level
- Building a team to build your business
- Difficult conversations
- The innovation process
Learn from instructors, experienced manufacturing leaders and peers from the cohort. The programme will include tailored coaching and two mini projects to put your learnings into action. The projects will be designed by you alongside your company sponsor with support from programme leaders.
