East Birmingham Inclusive Growth Strategy – Public Consultation

This is an exciting time for East Birming­ham. In the next few years big changes are planned that will create new jobs, homes and transport connections. These projects are important opportunities to tackle the area’s challenges and to improve the lives of its residents.

The City Council’s goal is to make the most of these opportunities to make East Birmingham a great place to grow up, to live and to work, where people are healthy and successful. Birmingham City Council would like to hear your views on the East Birmingham Inclusive Growth Strategy. Closes 11 May 2020.

The East Birmingham Inclusive Growth Strategy sets out a 20-year vision for the transformation of East Birmingham, which will be delivered through a focus on both places, including improving transport connections and stimulating growth, and people including involving local communities in shaping this growth and partnership working to improve the way that the public sector works, both for local people, and with local people.
