The European Bioenergy Research Institute requires a project administrator to join an academic and operational team to work with research teams and business. The successful candidate will provide essential coordination of the administrative support for the projects. This includes: preparing project reports, liaising with finance, managing the day-to-day finances, coordinating admin support for project delivery including seminar/ workshop materials and venue arrangements, dealing with enquiries from potential participants, supporting the processing of applications, and providing administrative support to the EBRI ESIF Project team. There will be the opportunity to work offsite at exhibitions, seminars and events and to work directly with clients alongside the rest of the team. Although this work is in a structured environment a high degree of initiative is required in order to achieve the required results from complex systems. You will report to EBRI’s Project Manager and work closely with thermal research teams in EBRI. Experience in administration of complex projects is required.
