Businesses and homeowners are being invited to a major exhibition in Worcester to discover how to generate their own electricity and take advantage of green technology. The Green Expo 2011 is a free event, at the Sixways Stadium on November 10, which will show visitors a variety of ways they can improve their green credentials.
Aimed at both businesses and individuals, the Marches Environmental Technology Network exhibition will provide top tips and expert advice on green energy issues. Organisers metnet said the Green Expo would focus on energy and resource efficiency, waste reduction and how renewables could be a solution for businesses or homeowners looking to cut their energy bills.
Patricia Head, metnet project manager said: “This event is open to everyone and free to attend, and it isn’t just for business. During the Expo, we will be briefing visitors on the technologies now available to help them lower their energy costs, manage waste and generally improve their green credentials.
