Groundwork West Midlands are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage, coordinate and deliver a number of Groundwork West Midlands’ Community and Environment projects. You will need to have experience of working with a wide range of participants, and in particular with children and young people. Knowledge around planning and delivering projects is vital, alongside line management and a positive attitude and desire to work both independently and as part of a team. Community Project Assistant (Sessional):
- Based in Tipton with regular evening working across Sandwell
- £8 – 11 per hour

The Let’s Play project will deliver open access after-school and holiday sessions across Oldbury, Tipton and Wednesbury. You will need to have experience of working with children and young people, and the ability to work with partner organisations to meet local needs. Knowledge around planning and delivering activities is vital, alongside a positive attitude and desire to work both independently and as part of a team. Director of Finance:

Groundwork are looking for an experienced leader to provide a comprehensive financial management service to Groundwork West Midlands. This will include providing financial support, advice and direction to the Theme Directors to facilitate profitability of project activity; overseeing the financial health of the organisation and ensuring strategic financial and facilities direction to support the short and long term viability of the Trust.
